Have you heard the saying, "Abs are made in the kitchen?" Fitness and nutrition work together to achieve weight loss and muscle gain goals. Tower Personal Training will help you track your nutrition and recommend meal plan options based on your objectives and preferences.

 

Nutrition Guidance Packages

Tower Personal Training clients receive a 10% discount on our Nutrition Guidance Packages!

Basic

Monthly Subscription: $300

• Food Journal tracking

• Weekly Diet examination

• Macronutrient adjustments

• Clean eating grocery list
with approved list of foods

• Bi-monthy progress
check-inwith body fat and circumference measurements

Intermediate

Monthly Subscription: $450

Includes all services from the
Basic Nutrition Package plus: 

• Weekly meal plan including
3-6 portioned meals per day

• 2-4 clean eating recipes per
week based on weight goals
and food preferences

• Weekly email check in

• Weekly email progress report

• Supplemental guidance

Advanced

Monthly Subscription: $1,050

Includes all services from
the Basic and Intermediate Packages plus:

• 1 hour per week of in-home
meal prepping with your trainer.
In this hour, you will cook 8-10
bulk meals for the week.
