I am a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer & Elite Marathon Runner. I believe in the transformative power of fitness. As an avid runner, I have learned how to manage the ups and downs of life by using fitness as a metaphor. Fitness teaches you that as long as you work hard and never give up, you can overcome any hardship and become a better version of yourself. Throughout my 8 years in the health club industry, I have come across many people who had become overwhelmed by life's many challenges and their health and fitness has suffered because of it. These men and women were so dedicated to providing and nurturing their children and families, they put their own needs on the back burner. My mission at Tower Personal Training is to give people the tools they need to realize their inner strength through the transformative power of fitness. We will work together to achieve weight loss or muscle gain goals through impactful workouts and nutrition analysis. We will improve your health and quality of life in the convenience of your own home.
My name is Grant Tower and I have been a NESTA certified Fitness Professional since 2013 . I also have a NCSF Personal Training certification, and a NASM Sports Nutrition Specialist certification. Before I dedicated my life to health and wellness, I was a competitive tennis player and professional tennis instructor. I have always been drawn towards a life in fitness. Even as a teenager, I earned the rank of 1st degree black belt in shaolin kempo. I proceeded to help run a karate dojo, while instructing and mentoring all ages of martial artists.
Through testing the limits of my own physical capability, I am drawn to help others do the same. My favorite quote is, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.” – Marianne Williamson. The one thing that makes me most passionate about a healthy lifestyle is not sitting on the sidelines thinking about what I might be able to do. Instead, I’ve learned that by putting in the hard work and sacrifice, I can become the best person that I can be in all aspects of life.
I have trained all types of clients with different needs and goals; I specialize in weight loss and muscular development. My life purpose, and at Tower Personal Training, is to become someone who influences the life of others so that they may become their best selves and never wonder what they could have been, but instead live their TRUE potential.
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016 (NCSF). Growing up, my relationship with food led to me being an overweight child which followed me into college. While studying at the University of Rochester earning a degree in both Political Science and Psychology, I began to understand the importance of having both a healthy mind and a healthy body. Using my love of learning, I began to study up on proper training and nutrition for weight loss. I was able to lose close to 40 pounds while I was earning a Masters in Human Development. I became so passionate about fitness that when I returned from New York I became a Certified Personal Trainer.
I currently run an after-school, non-profit tutoring program for low-income middle-school students in Palo Alto during the daytime. I live to help other people achieve their fullest potential, so I approach Personal Training with the same mindset as when I work with my middle schoolers. I believe that people can change their lifestyle and develop positive behaviors that lead to an overall state of well-being. My experience in education, my background in TaeKwonDo (which taught me discipline and respect), as well as my obsession with fitness, all allows me to approach Personal Training in a holistic manner, making sure that my clients are taught rather than told, and empowered to change their lives. I specialize in weight loss and weight management in both women and men, as well as with muscular development in all individuals.
I have been a ACSM certified Fitness Professional for 4 years. My passion for fitness began as a young athlete at the age of 5. I specialize in functional training, weight loss, strength training, sports conditioning/performance, kickboxing and TRX suspension training. I make sure each workout and overall programs are designed to meet the needs, interests, and goals of my clients. I graduated from California State University of Monterey Bay in May of 2014, earning a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (also known as sports medicine) receiving honor roll. While attending college, I was a competitive softball player and interned for various wellness organizations. I worked under a physical therapist for all types of clients, as well as children with disabilities. I spent my senior year as an athletic trainer for football teams and loved every minute of my internships. Throughout my experiences, I took my passion, knowledge, and love for the wellbeing of others and turned my career into personal training. Here at Tower Personal Training my goal is to help my clients feel excited about themselves and have a positive outlook on not only the way they look and feel, but their life as a whole. What is truly exciting to me is to see my clients change mentally and physically through fitness and health, surpassing what they didn’t think could be possible! I love what I do, and I LOVE that I can share my passion with others! Fitness is what I LIVE for, it’s not just a lifestyle.

I’ve been a certified personal trainer for the past 9 years now. My credentials include focuses on golf rehabilitation and performance, movement restoration, posture correction, weight loss, and muscle development. Growing up I was always overweight and got bullied on a regular basis. With the support of my family, I was fortunate enough to work with a personal trainer at my local gym. This was where my love of fitness began. After losing a substantial amount of weight and gaining muscle, I had the confidence to pursue competitive football, swim, track and field, and wrestled. Unfortunately, due to years of not lifting correctly along with football and wrestling, I had to receive 3 knee surgeries by the time of graduation. I decided to become a personal trainer to help people the way that I was helped earlier in life except with more of a focus on form, anatomy, and overall movement function.
During my 9 years in the fitness industry, I’ve held every position at gyms. From personal trainer to Fitness Director, with focus on training and developing other trainers. I love learning in this ever changing field as the more I know, the more I can help my clients with any goal they want or limitations they might have.
Hi - I’m Kelly! I’ve been in the health and wellness space for over 10+ years now (crazy to think about!). I’m a former D1 Stanford athlete – played midfield for 4 years – and am currently a certified personal trainer, advanced pilates instructor and holistic nutritionist living close to the beach in north San Francisco.
I specialize in body recomposition and athletic performance, combining my love for functional movement with 6+ years experience as an online coach helping women and men shift their mindset around nutrition and training with customized plans. I graduated from Stanford in 2014 with a bachelors in engineering and product design and a senior thesis written on the female athlete triad that led me into a deep dive on women’s hormonal health. Since graduating I’ve flexed my expertise in a variety of different areas, going back to earn my holistic health certification in integrative nutrition and expanding my breadth of knowledge into pre and post natal training as well.
I absolutely ADORE what I do. Seeing clients transform for themselves is one of the most exciting and uplifting parts about being a coach. I fundamentally believe living a healthy life shouldn’t take away from living your life – it should enhance it exponentially. One of my favorite phrases I drop to my clients is “feeling good, shouldn’t feel hard.” When you begin to take ownership of your well-being you realize how much you deserve to be at your best.
Vince has been Personal Training for over 20 years. He has the passion and desire to motivate his clients to help accomplish their fitness goals!
Vince was always into sports as a kid. At the age of 18 he began to exercise regularly. During that time he realized he wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. Then, he received his certified personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Vince studied at San José State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. In addition, to bridge the gap between post rehab and fitness, he received his Medical Exercise Specialist certification through the American Academy of Health Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals.
Vince loves to workout. His functional training style allows him to perform exercises while utilizing the TRX suspension unit, dumbbells, barbells, stability balls, and much more. In addition, he transfers his training style on to his clients so they can leave the gym feeling strong and confident.
Vince enjoys watching football, hanging with friends, tasting fine wine, and most importantly spending quality time with his family.
As a lifelong athlete, I have always been driven to understand the biomechanics of the human body. This pursuit led me to my B.S. in Athletic Training, becoming a Personal Trainer, and competing in Boxing and Muay Thai. I’ve spent over a decade honing my skills, obtaining various fitness certifications, and winning the North Carolina Golden Gloves and US Muay Thai Open. The rigorous dedication required for combat sports not only has sharpened my training techniques, but has also reaffirmed the importance of a well-balanced regimen focused on all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit. My ambition is to provide that holistic approach for my clients so they can best achieve their full potential and training goals!

My name is Crystal Eck and I am a mother to three daughters. I have a strong passion for health, fitness and wellness which became clear to me especially when I was pregnant with my first child and realized just how much our bodies change during those stages of pregnancy. This is the time I became extremely passionate about yoga, strength training, healthy eating and weight loss.
I started my education at the US Career Institute becoming a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. My education then took me into a Stanford University program where I developed an even stronger knowledge of Nutrition from studying Nutrition Science. Getting hired from the NFL working at 49ersfit in Saratoga, I transformed into a highly qualified trainer. Working one on one as a trainer with clients, I instructed HITT classes and an Ab class weekly and fell in love with the world of fitness. My knowledge grew at this facility and I knew fitness really needed to be loved at a young age and with nutrition. I followed that intuition and became the Nutrition Director for Gymguyz of Silicon Valley. For 5 years I created, developed and ran that nutrition program where I really got to pursue my expertise in Nutrition with all ages.
Then when moving to Half Moon Bay, I pursued working with the youth and became a PE teacher for the Cabrillo Unified School District teaching TK-3rd Graders.
Being a certified personal fitness trainer and nutritionist since 2012 has been a career I can say I am very proud of.
Continuing to help the youth, young adults and women learn movement through play, focus on biomechanics, balance, stretch and strength along with finding joy in a healthy lifestyle is a goal I bring to Tower Personal Training. My name is Coach Michelle and I have been a certified fitness professional since 2017. This profession found me as I was developing my own passion for health and fitness. When I decided that this was going to be the path I wanted to take with my life and share with others, I went on to study communications and kinesiology in school and earned my bachelor’s degree at San Jose State University in kinesiology with an emphasis on exercise and fitness. I am very passionate about helping others achieve their body, mind and overall health goals with fitness and nutrition and creating workout programs that are customized to my clients needs and matching their goals will always be top priority.
At Tower Personal Training my goals are to create more genuine connections with clients and to help them believe and achieve any level of health and fitness that they desire.
